NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS
Thank you for choosing Sun Moon Studio! We are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please promptly return it to our location with your original receipt.
CANCELATIONS AND INCLEMENT WEATHER
Private or public events have a 30 day no-refund policy. If canceled within 30 days, a credit for the paid amount will be issued and is valid for 3 months.
Should Sun Moon Studio need to close for any reason, a credit or refund will be issued. If you opt to receive a credit, you will be issued a $5 gift card as a Thank You to use on anything in the Studio. You will be notified as soon as possible and a notice may be placed on the website.
In the event of a school closure due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances, our program will be canceled, and credit will be issued and will be valid for 3 months. Sun Moon Studio credits can be used for anything in the studio, including art supplies and custom gifts.
Please note: If schools are open, our program will proceed as scheduled, regardless of any local conditions that might affect individuals
